The Tecnology Pneumatics

Today I speak about a very old technology that dates back almost 2000 years .the pneumatics uses compressed air to process and treat the compressed air to automate or improve a manufacturing process.

 

The use of compressed air has many advantages in contrast to other technologies: 

• is cheaper 
• does not pollute the environment 
• does not pollute in the process of production 
• and more importantly that air is free 

but the use of compressed air also disadvantages

• the air has to be treated to clean the impurities
• generates a lot of noise
• does not have much force as a mechanical system
• in very large installations are pressure losses

the pneumatic is applied almost all industries
in the food industry is used for cleaning in the process
can also be used to power compressed air machines, move stuff, apply pressure.

The pneumatic  have many applications from applications such as movimineto fine on machines with robotic processes to high-strength applications such as presses and hammers.
